Kiosko Bar El Puertito – 35 years of hospitality and experience
Located right on the waterfront of Santa Cruz de La Palma — officially part of the municipality of Breña Alta — Kiosko Bar El Puertito has been crafting a cuisine for nearly four decades whose ingredients begin quite literally at the front door. What defines this place is less a menu than the close ties to local fishermen and an offer that follows the rhythm of the seasons. Fresh fish here is no mere section of the menu: it shapes the entire experience and calls on guests to embrace a philosophy as simple as it is culinarily compelling — you cook what the day brings, and what is worth bringing to the table.
Depending on what the day's catch offers, moray eels, sardines, small squid and other seasonal fish and cephalopods find their way onto the plate. The difference lies in the quality and freshness of the ingredients, paired with years of hands-on experience in the kitchen.
Papas arrugadas, chickpeas, gofio or grilled cheese round out an unmistakably Canarian menu — but the heart of the house remains the sea.
Kiosko Bar El Puertito is a great place to celebrate special occasions or simply enjoy life with friends or family. There is a separate area for groups.
