  Die Stärke des San Petronio liegt in den Torten, die zur Auswahl an den Tisch gefahren werden. Die sind sehr lecker.

  

  Ansonsten vermute ich, dass die Pastasossen mit Pulver zubereitet werden.

  Es gibt vor allem selbstgemachte Pasta. Pizza steht nur eine Variante auf der Speisekarte. Insgesamt ist San Petronio sehr fleischlastig was zu einer eingeschränkten Auswahl für Vegetarier bzw. Nichtfleischesser führt. Als Hauptspeise hatte ich mich für eine Lasagne mit Pilzen (Champingion) entschieden. War o.k. aber hat mich nicht vom Hocker gehauen. Zusammenfassend: Wegen Pizza muß man nicht hingehen, da gibt es bessere Alternativen in Los Llanos und im Aridanetal. Was die Auswahl für einen Vegetarier bzw. Nichtfleischesser betrifft ist man in anderen Restaurants besser aufgehoben.

  

  Ich hatte eine Minestrone als Vorspeise. Das Gemüse war verkocht, bzw. die Suppe war nicht frisch gemacht sondern aufgewärmt aus der Gefriertruhe.
