"Dining @ Home" - Sit down and enjoy

For more than 12 years, Holger Ilg has spoiled his guests with his culinary creations in the Carpe Diem restaurant in Tazacorte, and since 2020 he has been coming to their holiday home kitchen. 

Whether candlelight dinners, birthday or family celebrations, fetes or even catering for larger events, the experienced chef takes care of everything on request. He not only conjures up dishes of the upscale gastronomy, but can also bring cutlery, crockery, napkins, tablecloths, candles, flowers and other decorations. As well as the appropriate wine, from one of the island bodegas or from the mainland. 

As a suggestion, Holger will make a menu proposal, but everything will be coordinated individually - whether 1 or 10 courses. Allergies, intolerances and preferences are of course taken into account. Your chef will do the shopping personally. The ingredients for the imaginative own combinations come as far as possible from organic farming, organic production and above all from the island.

Holger comes to your kitchen, no matter where on La Palma.

For eight people or more, a service accompaniment is included, otherwise only on request. If there are not enough pots or pans, they will be brought along. You can look over the chef's shoulder or be surprised by the finished feast for the eyes and palate.
