We market your Holiday Rental
You are the owner of a Holiday Rental such as a Casa Rural, a holiday house or an apartment? Or perhaps you operate a small holiday complex or hotel on the Island of La Palma? We can help you to improve your occupancy.
Your Holiday Rental will be incorporated in our database activating your information for our distribution partner network.
Along with each booking we issue the risk coverage certificate and take care of all necessary procedures. All clients enjoy our full support during their vacation in La Palma. The client makes a down payment to the amount of the agreed commission and the balance is settled directly with the renter on arrival. We also offer the option of a full encashment. In that case we transfer the total rental amount less our commission to your account one week before the arrival of the client. The decision regarding the payment mode is up to you.
No start-up costs
There are no fixed costs involved. You only have to pay when a booking is carried out via us and our distribution network.
Easy system operation
Our La Palma database is very user-friendly. You can easily update the occupancy calendar of your Holiday Rental by yourself.
Data administration inclusive
We take care of the data maintenance without any additional costs. We change rates, images or any other information for you on request.
No exclusivity clause
You can continue marketing your holiday rentals via other providers. However it is important that you always keep updated the occupancy calendar with us on a timely basis.
Integration into your website
On request you are provided by us with an online booking engine which you can apply to you own website. For this purpose we individually customize the booking confirmation to your requirements. There are no commissions for bookings via your own booking engine, only a small booking fee.

We are flexible. From complimentary services to travel packages, early bookings or last minute discounts - we have all the possibilities to promote your accommodation in a specific, fast and uncomplicated way.
