Therefore, Birgit Anna Morasch-Ketterle uses for her „crema de almendras“ nothing but almonds from the island .

They are collected from trees growing wild in the "green north".

In order to prepare „Almencrema“ containing 100 % almonds, Birgit carefully roasts seeds and mashes them without adding any sugar, fat and emulsifiers.

The almond paste is versatile a natural source of energy.
