With a total capacity of four adults the villa makes it easy to enjoy a sophisticated holiday domicile, that leaves no desires unfulfilled.

The designer villa with a heatable pool is nestled in a dreamlike landscape in the heart of the Aridane Valley with panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges and the extensive valley down to the ocean. It offers a spacious layout and highest comfort.

A unique holiday residence for people with a sense of taste and style

„Mid-century modern “,which is usually found in the Californian Palm Springs area, is a byword for single-storey linear houses with, gigantic windows, various bedrooms and a refreshing pool.

On La Palma, that style of architecture has not yet become common, which makes it, together with its property, a unique Holiday Villa with an exclusive charisma. The owners attached great value to the furnishing combining beauty and functionality.

The spacious designed living area comfortably offers space for up to four persons.

Other conspicuous aspects are the huge panoramic windows and terrace doors, which offer a great view of the surrounding area from each main room and provide a light flooded interior.

Another exceptional feature, that is rarely seen in La Palmas traditional construction designs, are the high walls with sloping ceilings, which expand from 2,5 meters up to 4 meters and give the house a loft character.

The atmosphere is characterised by soft natural shades in a modern range of colours as well as accented highlights in rich petrol colour, turquoise and royal blue.

Viewed from the entrance, the Holiday House is divided into a left a right wing. 

The right wing comprises the Home-Office, the main bedroom, a dressing room as well as a bathroom. In the left wing you find a spacious living room with an American kitchen, a bathroom as well as another bedroom.

All windows, except the one in the bathroom, are facing south-west to the garden. Long velvet curtains allow guests, even in midsummer, to sleep in the dark or regulate the exposure of sun and heat.

The two bedrooms together with their ensuite bathrooms are located at the outside rim, which makes it easy to spend holidays with friends together in one house, providing plenty of privacy.

Even from the comfortable double bed in your bedroom you enjoy a marvellous view of the coast and sea. There is a flat screen with satellite TV on the opposite wall. Moreover, the furnishing includes night tables with stainless steel lamps, a well-designed wicker chair with a foot end, a floor lamp, a carpet, as well as an air-condition (split unit).

In all room the floors are made of high-quality board look laminate. From the bedroom there are two exit doors, one provides access to the spacious dressing room, the other to the lovely equipped bathroom with a freestanding tub, two turquoise washbasins, a bidet, toilet, a towel warmer and – on the head side of the bathroom – a walk-in rain shower.

The left wing of the Holiday House facing the south-west comprises a spacious living salon, which at the front side is separated by a beautiful dining table and includes an excellent equipped built-in kitchen.

Dominant components are glass, wood and steel. Visual highlights are the firtree green and petrol-blue velveteen seating elements, which are rotatable and movable as desired, depending on where you are going to turn your attention to – the fireplace or the pool terrace. Even cooking will turn into a pleasant convivial activity, if you like.

Entertainment is provided by a good internet connection, a high-class Pioneer HiFi- system with USB and Bluetooth connection as well as a CD-player. Moreover, the living room is furnished with a large display case, an industrial designed floor lamp, storage surfaces as well as a great designer fireplace.

Walls are covered with colourful paintings. The full glass front facing the garden and pool terrace is 7,80 meters long, which provides the full panorama from inside the living room.

Huge velvet curtains allow to control sun and head exposure. Next to the kitchen there is a corridor that provides access to the second bathroom and bedroom.

The bedroom and bathroom feature similar facilities to the other two.

Exception: the second bedroom has a large wardrobe (no walk-in) and the bathroom has a beautiful walk-in rain shower, but no bathtub. The bed from the second bedroom provides a marvellous view of the garden and pool up to the distant sea.

As the neighbouring houses are located further away, guests enjoy a spacious outdoor area and their well-deserved privacy.

A heatable swimming pool with a terrific panoramic view as well as various open and partially roofed terrace/s with sophisticated, modern lounge and eating furniture invite you to linger and feel the gentle Canary climate.

Punto Océano is located below El Paso in the region Vista Valle La Tendiña

The central location makes it a perfect starting point of all kinds of activities.

Within walking distance (10 – 20 minutes) you reach various, excellent restaurants: the cozy

Tasca Catalina is within 650 meters, a longer walk leads you to the two top restaurants Carmen and Franchipani.

Great shopping facilities are found in El Paso (2 km) an Los Llanos (5km).

The visitor center of the National Park Caldera de Taburiente, which is also the starting point of some hikes, is located within 10 driving minutes. And the two larger sandy beaches Puerto Naos und Puerto de Tazacorte are within a 20 minutes‘ drive. 

The Aridane Valley is located on the sunny west side of La Palma

Because of its central location, the Aridane Valley makes a perfect starting point for any trips as well as visiting beaches and towns.

The towns Villa de Tazacorte, Los Llanos and El Paso are located closed to the rural area of the Aridane Valley.

Behind Los Llanos, on the road to Puerto Naos (LP-213) you find, one after another, the villages La Laguna, Todoque and the residential are of Las Norias

The bathing beaches of Puerto Naos and Puerto de Tazacorte are within easy reach by car.

Right behind the well-known beach resort Puerto Naos you find the popular beach Charco Verde as well as the small place El Remo with its Kioscos, where you are served fresh fish right at the seaside.

You also find good restaurants around the small residential resort Las Norias – from the terrace of the Norias Grill you enjoy Mediterranean barbecue as well as a beautiful view of the sunset.

Many needs can be covered in the area around La Laguna.

There you find a bank, a pharmacy, a petrol station, a large Spar supermarket, an eco-finca with direct sale, a health food store, some bars and restaurants (typical Canary style, Venezuelan, a chicken grill as well as a pizza restaurant).

A small corner shop is also found in Todoque, San Nicolás, Las Manchas and Jedey. In Todoque the terrace behind the church offers a beautiful view as well as a restaurant. Rabbit dishes are the speciality of the Canary restaurant “El Atajo” located on the main road.

The upper road (LP 2) behind El Paso – coming from Tajuya or Tacande – leads to the villages Las Manchas, San Nicolás and Jedey, before continuing to Fuencaliente.

The more you go south the more the landscape is characterised by volcanism. You can view lava flows from close of the volcano “San Juan” (last eruption in 1949) and the cave “Cueva de Las Palomas”.

Another attraction is the beautiful square „Plaza Glorieta“ in Las Manchas (created by the island’s artist Morera) as well as the wine museum – where you can taste different kinds of wines from the island and also buy them.

The “Bodegón Tamanca” is a wine cellar built in a rock, where you can enjoy homemade wine as well as grill dishes and typical Tapas. The restaurant „Secadero“ offers a similar ambiance with typical Canary Parrilla (grilled meat). The last gas station before Fuencaliente is found in Las Manchas.

There are bus stops on both main roads, the LP-213 connects Los Llanos with Puerto Naos, on the upper road busses go to Fuencaliente.
