The Holiday House features a beautiful detached location at the end of a residential street.

It is a perfect place to spend your holidays in a green oasis enjoying plenty of privacy.

Casa Pilar is perfectly suited for families.

Older children or accompanying grandparents can benefit from some privacy in the annex building, couples will feel perfectly comfortable in the main house.

Thanks to the location near the coast, the area boosts with a moderate climate almost year-round. Due to the secluded location, off the main roads, you definitely need a rental car.

Full Privacy


Casa Pilar comprises a 65m2 main house and a 38m² annex building, none of which is rented separately. 

Therefore your full privacy is always guaranteed.

At only 340 meters above sea level you enjoy a pleasant climate year-round.

Main House


The main house has a combined living room with an open kitchen, a dining area and 2 bedrooms as well as a bathroom.  


The light living area with its large panorama glass front is a friendly and cosy room. Two large sofas offer space for an entire family.

The dining table is located next to the pass-through, where plates can be passed directly from the kitchen.


The pass-through also separates the living room from the kitchen.


The open kitchen is well equipped and also has a dish washer.

The two bedrooms are bright and simply furnished. 

Both bedrooms are facing the green garden and therefore are very quiet.


Between the two bedrooms there is a shared bathroom, that is also considered as a small 'wellness room'. 

The bathroom features a hydro massage shower that also serves as a vapor shower cabin. There is also a washing machine at your disposal.

Annex Building

Casa-Pilar-NH-04The annex has a private driveway and parking. In case of an occupancy up to 4 persons the annex remains closed. 

A large glass front in the living area with 2 sliding doors provide plenty of day light. All day long you enjoy a great view of the sea and the west coast.


The living area also features an open, fitted kitchen. 

It is small, but sufficiently and well equipped for 2 persons.


A sliding door provides access to the ensuite bedroom. The bedroom window faces the pool.

The annex also has a small, private terrace with 2 loungers and a table with 2 chairs.

There are only view steps from the annex to the pool area.

Exclusive Use of Pool

The private 8x4 meter pool and the relaxing area is not visible from outside.

The pool can be heated up to 24 degrees Celsius (extra charge). Heating is especially recommended during the cold season. A well trimmed hedge and palm trees surround the relaxing area.

There are only a view steps from the main house to the below pool area.

Of course, the main house also features a private driveway and parking. There is also a private, partially roofed terrace, which has a table with 4 chairs and plenty of space for loungers.

The garden is nicely arranged and well maintained by the owners.

Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

La Punta de Tijarafe is 5-10 driving minutes from the Holiday House and has a small supermarket, where you can buy the main food for self-catering. 

There is also a German bakery. In La Punta you find small bars, where you can eat Tapas. In El Jesus there are the restaurants Tasca Aurelio and the Cerveceria Isla Verde. The brewery offers small, delicious dishes and brewed beer from La Palma.

El Pueblo de Tijarafe is within 15 driving minutes from the Holiday Home. There is large supermarket, banks, a whole food store and a pharmacy.

A pizza restaurant and the Kiosko de Diabolo offer tasty snacks and small dishes.

La Punta is a great starting point for hiking tours, for example to the viewpoint Mirador del Time or, if you prefer to hike in stages, the circular hiking loop GR130, that surrounds the entire island.

The next bathing beach is in Puerto de Tazacorte 15-20 driving minutes from Casa Pilar.

Several fish restaurants serve freshly caught fish of the island.
