La Capellania

Casa La Capellania convinces with a beautiful panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the northwest coast

The outdoor area has been completely redesigned with palm trees and various fruit trees as well as gravel ground.

The 4x8m private pool offers unadulterated swimming fun at a low price.

In the outdoor area, there are a total of six sun loungers and two parasols for a relaxing sunbath.

Below the main house is a covered pergola with table and chairs if you like to eat outside. The terrace directly in front of the house offers sun from midday and a table with two chairs, if necessary the awning can be extended.

You enter the house via the combined living/dining area with integrated kitchenette

The large dining table seats up to six people.

The kitchenette is small but well equipped. A counter with four stools, which can also be used as a work area, separates the kitchen from the dining area.

A small TV corner with a sofa and satellite TV is also located here. A wifi internet connection is available for the guests.

A second living area with fireplace is located separately.

The bedroom with two single beds and the bathroom with bathtub, WC and bidet lead off from this main room. From the bedroom you have a view of the pool and the sea.

The washing machine is located in a separate room, accessible from the outside.

A step leads to the fireplace room with sofa and two armchairs.

To the left is another bedroom with a double bed.

From the fireplace room you go directly to the back of the house, where two hammocks have been placed on a covered terrace.

The parking space is also behind the house. A covered barbecue area with sink as well as a table with chairs offers another nice place to stay in the open air.
