Vacation in the cottage in Puntagorda

You enter the house through the small kitchen, which is adjoined by the modern living room with fireplace, split unit and two sofas.

The master bedroom is spacious and has a spacious built-in wardrobe and heating.

The second bedroom is equipped with a small French double bed.

Both bedrooms are connected by a small hallway at the end of which is the bathroom with shower tub/WC and bidet.

Here a door leads up to the roof terrace, respectively to the outdoor area. Several seating areas offer an ideal place to relax, depending on the time of day.

The pool at the end of the property is slightly elevated

The outdoor area has been lovingly landscaped and offers a beautiful view over vineyards down to a small mirador, to which you can also hike down. 

Casa La Viña is located on the outskirts of Puntagorda.

Access to the property is through an electric gate, so guests enjoy their privacy.

You can reach the village in five minutes on foot. Puntagorda offers some local restaurants as well as small supermarkets and a health food store. The popular farmer's market "Mercadillo" opens on Saturdays and Sundays.
