Casa El Peral is a spacious house that extends over two floors

You enter the house via the upper floor; a small entrance area on the left leads to the first of the total of four bedrooms and a bathroom with shower/WC, bidet and double washbasin.

On the opposite side are the stairs to the basement and another bedroom with two single beds.

At the front of the house is the large living area with open kitchen.

Many windows and a glazed access to the terrace provide the room with daylight and a beautiful view of the centre of Puntagorda and the sea. The room is given a special flair by the slight slope of the wooden roof and the natural stone wall. A leather chaise longue invites you to spend cosy evenings. Netflix, Youtube and Amazon Prime are available on the large flat screen for entertainment purposes.

The modern kitchen is very well equipped, the dining table separates the living area from the kitchen area.

The living area leads to the master bedroom with two access points with floor-to-ceiling windows to the terrace and an ensuite bathroom with hydro-massage bathtub.

Good insulation and split units (air conditioning/heating) in all bedrooms and the living room ensure pleasant temperatures at all times. An electric heater is available for the bathroom.

On the lower floor, another living/bedroom with sofa bed and flat screen TV, a small bathroom with shower/WC and a dressing room await the guest.

From there you have direct access to the outside. Another highlight is a generously designed games room, which is also located in the basement, but is only accessible from the outside. On rainy days, there is no room for boredom with table tennis, darts and various board games. 

Barbecue lovers will enjoy the covered area with gas barbecue and two additional hotplates.

A wine barrel serves as a small bar table. Crockery and kitchen utensils are available. The barbecue area leads directly into the games room, so that the large table can be used for a meal with many people.

On the upper terrace you can sit nicely at the large table outside.

The large parasol offers sufficient shade. Fruit trees have been planted around the house. 

In El Puerto de Puntagorda you have access to the sea. There is no beach, but in the summer months you can swim in the sea. In winter it is too dangerous because of the currents. In summer, the open-air swimming pool is also open, which you can reach on foot from your holiday home. The sandy beach of Tazacorte is only 30 minutes away.
