Bungalow with two apartments in the very best climatic location above the seaside resort of Puerto Naos.
The two sea view flats for 1-2 persons each are situated next to each other at only 200 metres above the sea on the west coast of La Palma.
The flats are an excellent starting point for active holidays on the isla bonita: the sea and the black sand beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car, other sports such as paragliding, diving, snorkelling or biking are also possible directly in the vicinity.
But you can also spend the days and evenings comfortably on the terrace, dreaming, reading and relaxing with a wonderful sea view.
Avocados are grown directly below the property, and certified organic bananas, which do not use any poison, are grown all around. The village of La Muralla is part of Puerto Naos with various plantations interspersed with houses and fincas.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Charco Verde and El Remo are not affected by the closure of Puerto Naos.
The beach at Charco Verde is open, as is the small village of El Remo. There are three kioscos with fresh fish and a mini-supermarket. In the direction of Los Llanos, the popular Las Norias Grill is already open again. However, the infrastructure of Puerto Naos is not available until further notice, i.e. the next big supermarkets can be found in Los Llanos, Villa de Tazacorte or El Paso. From the middle/end of August, the road connection between La Laguna and Las Norias should be completed with two lanes.

The Twin Bungalow Miramar is divided into two Halves with similar Furnishing
Each bungalow half has a separate entrance and a furnished, roofed terrace with a dreamlike sea view.
Palm trees and branches as well as white and rose flowering oleander and variegated Bougainvillea border the front path from the driveway to the house, as well as both sides of the terraces. An outdoor shower offers enough privacy and is a cooling option during midsummer.
The spacious Outdoor Area offers everything for your Wellbeing and Relaxation
The two private front terraces adjoin each other, however, they are separated by a small wall and offer enough privacy.
Additionally, each Holiday Apartment offers a terrace at the side with an outdoor shower.
The outdoor area is furnished with two loungers (with cushions) as well a s a table and chairs.
There is also a barbecue behind the house and a parking area next to the main entrance. Due to the location of the Holiday House a rental car is absolutely necessary.
For sports enthusiasts: further downhill at the tennis club there is a bus stop, the buses go to Puerto Naos, Charco Verde, El Remo or Todoque, La Laguna and Los Llanos, where the interchange bus station from the Aridane Valley is located.
Furnishing is simple, cozy and functionally and both Holiday Apartments are well equipped
Relaxing on a lounger in the shade of the roofed terrace, reading a book or just lazing around, enjoying an outdoor dinner in the evening and watching the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean — you name it!
It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays for two or - door to door together with friends - at a good price-performance ratio.
The living area is designed with warm colours and is accessible from the terrace. It is furnished with two chairs and a small satellite TV as well as books and board games.
The kitchen is separated from the living area by a counter (dining table) and stools. It is equipped with a kitchenette, a 4-ring gas stove, refrigerator with a freezer compartment fitted with closets and lots of dishes, cooking appliances, water boiler, blender and juicer.
From the living room you go straight forward to the bedroom.
It is furnished with a comfortable double bed and high-quality mattresses. There are also a large wardrobe and night tables, reading lamps and others. Next to the bedroom you find a shower bath with a toilet. A hair dryer is also at your disposal.

- Bed linen and towels are available in the accommodation. Please bring your own beach towels.
- The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
