The flat is west-facing and offers a wonderful, unobstructed view across banana fields to the Atlantic Ocean.

Guests have a generous 90 square metres of living space at their disposal: a light-flooded open-plan living room with couch, dining area and kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The large living room and the master bedroom face the sea. 

The very bright, open living room is stylishly furnished. The modern kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired. It is equipped with a cooker with four burners, an oven, a dishwasher and a washing machine. 

Of course, there are also enough dishes, kitchen and cooking utensils of good quality available.

In the living room there is a nice dining area with four chairs.

A small terrace with a view of the neighbouring building and a side sea view is attached to the bedroom and can be used well for reading if the front terrace is too sunny.

The large, partially covered outdoor area on the west side offers wonderful unobstructed views of the Atlantic.
