Holiday Flat Insel is located right in the centre of Los Llanos

It is ideal for a couple and a baby and all guests who want a central starting point on the island.

It's easy to get around here without a rental car; the bus station and other stops are less than a ten-minute walk away.

Buses go to the beaches in Charco verde and Tazacorte about every half hour. By car, the beaches can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car.

The well-equipped flat is also an attractive option for wintering guests.

There is no private parking, you have to find a free parking space in the blue short-term parking zone in the town centre on arrival. Free large parking spaces can be found a few minutes' walk away.

If you are two couples, you can book Apt. Insel on the third floor and Apt. Insel 2 on the 4th floor. This way you are locally together and yet each with your own flat.

In the city centre of Los Llanos: Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance

Flat Insel is located directly in the city centre of Los Llanos, so you do not necessarily need a rental car.

Directly opposite is a shopping centre with a large supermarket in the basement.

In a few minutes you are at the pretty Plaza de España and the car-free inner city area.

Within a good 15 minutes by taxi or rental car you can be in the Caldera and from there you can hike towards Los Brecitos or into the Barranco de Las Angustias.

The beach of Puerto de Tazacorte is about ten minutes away by car. There you will find a long promenade and several restaurants with fresh fish and other specialities, which you can enjoy while looking at the sea.

Holiday flat Insel is a beautiful, modernly furnished city apartment

It is located on the third floor of an apartment complex in the heart of Los Llanos, the secret capital of the island.

Guests of the house are welcomed by the friendly owner with a typical island welcome gift.

The flat with 55sqm living space offers enough room for two adults and a baby.

It is simply but very modernly furnished. The sofa with small sideboard, side table and reading lamp is located directly at the entrance of the living/dining area.

The flat screen TV is fully rotatable, so you can watch TV from the sofa as well as from the dining area.

The modern and completely newly equipped kitchenette offers a lot of storage space as well as a glass table with three chairs.

The bedroom with a French double bed also offers a large, open wardrobe with plenty of storage space, opposite is the bathroom with shower/WC.

The flat has no balcony, the window front in the living area and in the bedroom goes down to the floor in each case and can be completely darkened. It overlooks one of the main shopping streets of Los Llanos, half of which is pedestrianised.
