El Fayal

Casa El Fayal offers 60m² and two levels of living space

Old stone walls provide a pleasant indoor climate year-round. 

Back in early times this small living/dining room has been the centre point of the house. The two seater couch and the dark rattan armchair perfectly blend with the beautiful dark, high wooden ceiling.

There is a small wood burner making you feel warm and comfortable on cold days.

On the two shelves above the dining table there are a stereo system with a radio, MP/CD and DVD-player as well as a flat screen with satellite TV.

The integrated kitchenette is well equipped. The landlady often has provided missing condiments for her guests. The living/dining room also offers access to the  terrace.

Bedrooms

On the ground floor the is a small, simple and nicely equipped bathroom with a shower, a toilet and a mirror with a small shelf. 

The bedroom next to the bathroom has 2 single beds. On both sides there are windows with a view of the terrace and the old tall willow tree in the garden. A staircase leads to the upper floor.

The second bedroom has a double bed  (1,50 x 2,00 m).

Here you sleep right below the beautiful wooden ceiling. The three windows provide an open view of the sea, the nicely arranged vegetable and fruit garden and the red flowering Bougainvillea behind the Holiday House. The bedroom is decorated with paintings and other accessories complementing the old Canary-style.

Outdoor Area

The outdoor area features a lovingly arranged garden with various sitting areas to linger and relax.

The garden is located in the back of the house and is not visible from outside.

The pool area provides a breathtaking view of the sea as far as the horizon. 

Next to the pool there is a roofed barbecue area with a table and 4 chairs. 

The area around the pool is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing in the loungers.
