Typical Country-House Style

Casa Nicol comprises 85m² living space with two bedrooms, a living area and a fitted kitchen as well as a small bathroom. 

The typical Canary wood gabled roof has been preserved in all rooms and creates a pleasant atmosphere.

A  country-style furnishing provides a rustic touch.  

In the living area a couch and an armchair makes a cosy sitting corner in front of the fireplace, which heats up the room on cold winter days.

Kitchen

A fitted kitchenette is integrated in the living area. 

The large fridge-freezer, however, is located in the hallway.

The dining table seats up to 4 persons.

Prepare fresh fish or meat on the grill which is located in the back of the Holiday House.

This area is accessible directly from the living-dining area.

2 Bedrooms and 1 Bathroom are located at the Rear of the Cottage

Both bedrooms feature spacious built-in closets with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe.

One of the bedrooms has a direct access to the roofed terrace.

The bathroom has a shower, a wash basin and a toilet.

Roofed Terrace

One highlight of Casa Nicol is the spacious, roofed terrace.

The long wooden glass top table is a beautiful place for a cosy get-together and to enjoy a view of the west side and the sea.

The garden is well tended and lots of flowers add vivid colours.

At the rear of the Holiday House a small lawn makes a perfect relaxing area.

Right behind this area the owner cultivates vegetables. The property is fenced.
